An APAC data centre platform, backed by a global infrastructure investor, was pursuing aggressive expansion with multiple sites under development in a capital-constrained environment. Existing tools were fragmented, inconsistent, and unable to scale with the business. They needed a robust corporate model that could centralize internal planning, shareholder reporting, and future capital raises; while accommodating complex JV structures and capital requirements.
The model became the company’s operational and strategic backbone, replacing fragmented spreadsheets with a centralised, trusted tool. It was used by the investor, CEO, CFO, and CDO to shape growth strategy, align stakeholders, and manage funding across the development pipeline. The streamlined model accelerated decision-making, improved capital allocation, and became a critical input for board reviews and capital raises.
